Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

This is a growing main contractor based in Maidenhead, delivering residential and mixed-use projects across the South East from office-to-resi conversions to new build schemes up to £15m.
You'll play a key commercial role within a small, established team leading on procurement, cost reporting, and subcontract management across multiple live sites.
The Role
• Manage commercial duties across multiple residential projects (up to £15m)
• Lead procurement, tendering, and subcontract account management
• Prepare cost reports, CVRs, and monthly valuations
• Attend site meetings and liaise with delivery teams to track progress and costs
What they're looking for
• Main contracting background (essential)
• 510 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
• Strong procurement and cost reporting capability
• Confident managing subcontractor accounts and cost control independently
• Solid technical understanding of residential construction

They specialise in residential conversion and new build projects, currently delivering eight live sites totalling around 300 units across the South East.
