Purchase Ledger/ Financial Admin

Office based in Finsbury Park
PAYE £15-18ph depending on experience
Hybrid working can be available after training
Previous experience is required!
Main Responsibilities:
* Diary management
* Creating Invoices via SAGE
* Updating Job list spreadsheet when payment is made
* Profit & loss once a month for Mastermind Course through SAGE
* Quarterly Vat Return
* Saving job reports and sending them onto clients
* Completing client questionnaires
* Formatting documents
* Keeping track of deductions and Overtime and sending this to accountant for month pay
* Paying staff from business account last Friday of the month
* Holiday tracker (Timetastic)
* Monthly tracker reports
* Paying suppliers
* Spreadsheet for OHG
* Booking vehicle repairs
* Keeping a tab of weekly van inspections carried out by the team & chase if they haven't done so
* Asking clients for reviews once work is completed
* Using SOR codes (schedule of rates) this can be shown how to do
Requirements:
* Excellent admin skills
* Finance experience
* Experience with Purchase Ledger
* Ideally experience within construction/property services.
