Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

* A minimum of6 months paid experience in UK healthcare, gained within the UK
* Experience working withadults in a healthcare or residential care setting

The Role
As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will:
* Deliversafe, high-quality, and person-centred care
* Support individuals withdaily living activities and personal care needs
* Assistin the delivery ofengaging and meaningful activities
* Follow establishedcare plansand contribute to positive outcomes
* Maintainaccurateand up-to-datedaily records(medication, activities, incidents, progress)
* Accompany service users toappointments and community activities
* Work professionally acrossdifferent teams and environments
WhatWereLooking For
* Minimum6 months UK healthcare experience(essential)
* Experience working withadults and a range of needs, including learning disabilities
* Acompassionate, patient, and professionalapproach to care
* Strongcommunicationand record-keeping skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service(or willingness to obtain one)
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle(desirable, not essential)
* FullRight to Work in the UK(no sponsorship available)
