Marketing plays a central role in driving both B2C and B2B growth, and they are now seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate their marketing function.

Marketing Manager – Responsibilities:
7. Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
8. Translate strategy into actionable plans, timelines and briefs
9. Ensure alignment across digital, offline and partnership channels
10. Monitor and optimise campaign performance
11. Manage and develop a team of three marketing professionals
12. Allocate workload, set priorities and oversee team capacity
13. Run weekly planning sessions and regular 1:1s
14. Oversee all marketing projects from planning through to delivery
15. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and budgets
16. Collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners
17. Coordinate events and roadshows
18. Track and analyse campaign performance across all channels
19. Report insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing
20. Maintain and develop key partnership relationships
21. Monitor lead flow, conversion and ROI across partnerships
22. Improve marketing workflows, systems and processes
23. Ensure effective use of CRM and marketing tools
Marketing Manager – What We’re Looking For:
24. 4 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
25. Experience across both B2C and B2B marketing
26. Previous team management or mentoring experience
27. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
28. Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
29. Solid understanding of digital and offline integration
30. Excellent project management and organisational skills
31. Strong stakeholder communication skills
32. Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
33. Familiarity with structured campaign frameworks
34. Retail sector experience (desirable)
