Analyst, Real Estate Investments (London) Location: London Role Type: Full-Time Platform: Global Real Assets Investor & Manager A leading global investor and manager focused on real estate is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join its London-based European Investment team. The firm manages a multi-billion-dollar global portfolio and has a significant footprint across Europe, with a long track record of acquiring, managing, and financing real assets. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, combining acquisitions, underwriting, financing and asset management responsibilities in a lean, entrepreneurial team. Key Responsibilities Support the sourcing, underwriting and execution of real estate acquisitions across the UK and Europe. Broad sector coverage in including retail, logistics, healthcare and residential. Build, maintain and review detailed financial models and underwriting analyses. Conduct market research, due diligence, and competitive analysis to support investment theses. Assist in preparing investment committee materials and transaction documentation. Support the active asset management of existing portfolio assets, including performance monitoring, business plan execution, and stakeholder coordination. Work closely with senior team members on transactions, financing activities, and strategic portfolio initiatives. Active asset-management approach across core-plus to value-add/opportunistic strategies. Candidate Profile 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, real estate asset management, or real estate private equity Preference for candidates with buy-side exposure. Ideally seeking experience of the analyst supporting transactions in the UK and Europe including the UK, Germany, CEE or the Nordics Strong command of financial modelling, valuation, accounting, and investment analysis. Excellent academic background in finance, economics, real estate, business, engineering or a related field. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a lean, high-performing team. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
