Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Office Administrator located in Loughton. The Office Administrator will be responsible for answering telephones, dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face, placing orders for equipment, managing engineers weekly job schedules, raising invoices, sending customer quotations, database maintenance and general office administration duties.
Experience
* Previous administration experience gained in a customer facing role
* advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience gained in the building and construction industry is an advantage
