Or an established engineering educator looking for a flexible part-time role?We are seeking a passionate and skilled Welding Assessor/Lecturer to join our dynamic Engineering Department on a 0.5 fractional contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of the engineering sector, teaching and assessing groups of post-16 learners including 16–18 study programme students, adult learners, and engineering apprentices.Your role will include working as workplace assessor for an assigned caseload of welding apprentices and college-based delivery of high-quality practical and theoretical training across Levels 1 and 2 Welding, ensuring learners develop the precise manual skills and safety awareness required by modern industry.
