Are you a deal-driven acquisitions professional with a track record of securing residential transactions?
A well-capitalised investor in the single-family housing sector is looking to appoint a Senior Acquisitions Manager to drive acquisitions across the South East and Midlands. This is a high-volume, deal-focused role where success is measured by your ability to identify, negotiate and close transactions.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and converting a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities with major housebuilders and developers. The focus is firmly on doing deals and getting them over the line.
The business is targeting 2,000+ units per year with a healthy fund to deploy, typically acquiring sites of 50–100 homes, with ambitions to pursue larger strategic opportunities as the platform scales.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and secure residential acquisition opportunities across the South East and Midlands
* Structure and negotiate turnkey deals with PLC housebuilders and developers
* Manage transactions from initial appraisal through to completion
* Maintain and grow strong relationships with housebuilders and development partners
* Drive a consistent deal pipeline to support significant annual investment targets
About You
* Proven track record in residential acquisitions with a strong deal sheet
* Experience delivering high-volume transactions in the residential sector
* Strong understanding of Section 106 agreements and affordable housing structures
* Established relationships with housebuilders and developers
* Commercial, deal-hungry mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced acquisitions environment
