Offer description

We are looking for someone to ensure the Bank’s Transformation activities follow the appropriate governance and control as the Bank scales it’s change capability.


As part of the role, you would establish and continue to develop a robust reporting framework across the change initiatives to ensure the Chief Transformation Officer has sight of and control of all change initiatives across the Bank.


As part of the new suite of reporting, ensure appropriate business cases exist for each new and in-flight programme of work.


You would also support the chair of the Change Delivery Forum, to ensure that all change is effectively prioritised, tested, and delivered on time.

About you


For this role you will need the following skills and experience:


* Significant senior-level experience of managing people and resources
* Excellent financial and business case examination skills
* Knowledge of effective governance and report writing
* Presentation skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests
* Demonstratable leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
