Berkshire Healthcare have an exciting opportunity f or a n Administrator to join the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatient team based at West Berkshire Community Hospita l. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are pro-active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across Berkshire. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service a nd communication skills, a flexible approach, and who are competent at multi-tasking. Good IT skills are essential, and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own as well as work ing in collaboration with others. You will be responsible for the management of patient referral s and appointments utilising phone and email communication whilst creating an efficient and compassionate environment for our patients. Advert Act as primary point of contact for MSK patients and visitors attending the department Take responsibility for digital referral management and patient bookings. Variety of specific admin tasks including management of phone lines and email, with patient focus at the forefront of our role. Liais ing with other departments and services to support and assist patients as needed, such as interpreting services. Collect ing data and statistics to assist management in guiding the service direction. Work ing flexibly in response to the needs of the patients, service and P hysiotherapists. Supporting colleagues to deliver a high quality, effective and compassionate service both virtually and in person.
