The Role
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will support an experienced Conveyancer throughout the entire property transaction process, from initial instruction to post-completion.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions
* Handling file openings and client communications
* Managing post-completion tasks, including AP1 submissions and Land Registry applications
* Providing essential administrative and legal support
What Were Looking For
* Experience: At least 6 months in a conveyancing department within a UK-based law firm
* Skills: Strong knowledge of file openings, post-completion tasks and legal procedures
* Attributes: Detail-oriented, ambitious and eager to develop within residential conveyancing
