Job title: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £27,000
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Purchasing Administrator to support our clients purchasing and logistics operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring materials arrive on time, suppliers are communicated with effectively and our internal systems stay accurate and up to date.

What will you be doing in the purchasing administrator role?
Raise and manage purchase orders from creation through to delivery
Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments
Track inbound goods and keep internal teams updated
Maintain accurate purchasing data and update spreadsheets and internal systems
Support continuous improvement of processes and reporting
Provide general administrative support and assist the Purchase Manager
What are we looking for?
Positive, flexible and proactive approach
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Professional and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Experience in a purchasing or logistics environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Willing to learn new systems and processes
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
