Serendipitys Childcare Group Multi-site role (Nottinghamshire & surrounding areas) per year Mileage Allowance (business mileage paid) Full-time (40 hours per week) The Role We are looking for a Maintenance Lead to take ownership of maintenance across our growing group of nurseries and cafés (currently 7 sites, with further expansion planned). This is not an “odd jobs” role. You will be responsible for leading, organising and delivering maintenance works across multiple sites, ensuring our environments remain safe, compliant and of a high standard. You will manage your own workload, as well as lead and develop a small maintenance team. Due to the nature of our businesses, there will be a requirement to work evenings and weekends when necessary, as many works cannot be completed during operating hours.
