We are supporting a creative, fast-paced business in West London in their search for a Personal Assistant to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months.
This role will primarily support two senior directors, helping manage busy diaries, coordinate travel, organise meetings and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and hands-on who enjoys working in a collaborative and energetic environment.
The role is slightly reduced in scope, so the team are open to someone relatively junior who is eager to learn and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
* Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, transport, accommodation and restaurant bookings
* Act as a key point of contact internally and externally via email, phone and in person
* Draft, proofread and assist with emails, documents and presentations
* Manage company and personal expenses
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Organise meetings and prepare agendas, materials and notes where required
* Provide personal support including bookings, reservations and ad hoc requests
* Assist with organising company events, socials and team activities
* Coordinate office supplies, purchases and general office administration
* Liaise with external suppliers and building management where needed

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
