An Associate or Senior Associate is sought to join a thriving Commercial Property team based in Bristol or Bath. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the department while delivering consistently high quality client service and supporting the Head of Department in meeting strategic objectives.
The role involves managing a broad range of commercial property matters, delivering profitable work, and making informed decisions with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will build strong client and referrer relationships, demonstrate market insight, and ensure clarity around pricing and service delivery.
They will actively contribute to business development, expand networks, and support the generation of new work. The position also includes supervising and supporting junior team members.
Ideal candidates will have extensive real estate experience, strong client management skills, and a proven track record in business development and winning new work.
