Key Responsibilities:
1. This highly reputable team has an impressive client base of major transport and logistics companies and corporate fleet operators across the UK and Europe.
2. Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with up to 10 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
3. You will advise clients on transport regulatory matters including all areas across the operator licensing regime regulated by the Office of the Traffic Commissioner.
4. You will be responsible for preparing cases for hearings, including taking witness statements, drafting submissions, overseeing the preparation of bundles, and conducting investigations.
5. You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
6. Advocacy skills would be advantageous.
