Reporting to the Strategic Asset Manager and with the assistance of senior colleagues, the Graduate / Career Grade Surveyors will contribute to: the day to day estate management of the asset portfolio which includes giving professional advice and guidance to stakeholders ensuring that condition/EPC/compliance information is up to date and in place proactively managing assets and maintaining relationships with tenants and stakeholders the strategic performance and enhancement of the councils assets by way of asset challenge/review creating and presenting reports and briefings to various stakeholders Norwich is one of the best places to live in the UK according to the Sunday Times.
