Freelance contract manager

We're Hiring: Freelance Contract Manager
Location: Wigan
Sectors: Commercial
Project Types: Educational, hospitals, retail, accommodation
Payrate: £320- £420 a day
Duration: Short term, long term, ongoing

Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to:

* Manage and coordinate multiple projects across the North West region.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms, industry regulations, and company policies.
* Lead project planning, programming, and resourcing.
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
* Monitor project performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
* Promote a strong health & safety culture across all projects.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

* Experience as a contracts manager in commercial sector
* Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
* First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS card
* Strong financial and commercial awareness
* Ability to manage multiple contracts
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
