Offer description

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to take charge of our busy office. This isn't just about filing paperwork and answering phones (though you'll do that brilliantly, too). It's about bringing order, structure and efficiency to a fast-moving business - and helping us grow even further.

From managing recruitment and HR paperwork to keeping fitters diaries on track… From helping new customers to chasing estimates and looking after customer care… you'll be the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a new role in our growing team - which means you'll have the chance to make it your own, shape the way we do things, and play a key part in the companies future.

What you'll be doing

* Overseeing and managing the day-to-day running of the office.
* HR tasks: new starters, holiday requests, employee records.
* Customer care: incoming calls, enquiries, job bookings, reminders.
* Managing suppliers, reviewing costs, and ordering uniforms/materials.
* Scheduling fitters' diaries, estimates and project jobs
* Chasing quotes provided and making sales
* Raising invoices, chasing estimates, and managing job costs.
* Monitoring future workload and ensuring the diary stays productive.
* Assisting the warehouse by laising with suppliers during projects.

Who we're looking for

* A proven Office Manager (or similar) with strong organisational skills.
* Someone confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
* An eye for detail and the initiative to spot what needs doing before anyone asks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,220.00 per year
