Product Designer – AI Workflows
💼 £55,000 per annum
📍 Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Chancery Lane, London
We’re hiring a Product Designer on behalf of our client to lead the design of intelligent, AI-powered workflows that blend human decision-making with machine support. You’ll work on real features that ship to customers, collaborating closely with engineering and data science to make AI usable, useful, and trusted.
What you'll do:
* Design intuitive interactions with LLM-based features (inputs, feedback, explainability).
* Own design across the lifecycle: concept, launch, iteration.
* Collaborate with platform squads using TypeScript.
* Define interaction patterns and test usability.
What we're looking for:
* 3–5+ years in product design, ideally in enterprise or workflow-heavy environments.
* Passion for simplifying complexity and designing for trust.
* Interest in AI/LLM-enhanced UX.
* Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, and Pendo.
