Your Role at a Glance As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of the home's operations—ensuring exceptional care, compliance, and culture. This includes:Mentoring and guiding your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred careUpholding Ofsted standards across safeguarding, leadership, and quality of careManaging referrals, compliance, audits, and partnerships with local authoritiesSupporting staff through robust supervision and development frameworksFostering a home environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered? Who We're Looking For You’re a passionate leader with:
* 2+ years experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
* 1+ year in a supervisory or managerial role
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices and children’s safeguarding
* A drive to lead meaningful change and achieve positive outcomes
