What you'll be doing As our People Resourcing Advisor, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including: ? Developing and delivering effective talent acquisition strategies? Managing job adverts, candidate sourcing and proactive talent pooling? Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and market conditions? Leading recruitment campaigns, selection processes and interview panels? Enhancing employer branding and candidate experience? Managing offers, onboarding and pre-employment checks? Using recruitment data to drive continuous improvement? What we're looking for You’ll be a confident, engaging and highly organised recruitment professional who brings: ? Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment services? Strong direct sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates? Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building? A positive, credible and proactive style? Good understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? High attention to detail, problem-solving and initiative? Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases CIPD qualifications or experience in the housing sector are a bonus—but not essential. ??
