The Role
At BeWell, we're transforming how community pharmacies deliver care — making healthcare more accessible, more digital, and more patient‑centred.
We're looking for a Client Success & Onboarding Coordinator to play a key role in bringing pharmacies live on the BeWell platform and supporting them as they begin their digital journey. This role sits at the heart of our mission: helping pharmacies adopt digital tools that improve access to care for patients across the UK.
You'll work directly with pharmacies as they launch, guiding them through onboarding, training, and early go‑live, while also providing first‑line support to ensure they feel confident using the platform. Every successful launch you support helps pharmacies reach more patients, deliver services more efficiently, and provide a better healthcare experience.
This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone who is organised, confident communicating with customers, and excited to build a career in customer success, SaaS, and healthcare technology. Full training is provided — what matters most is your curiosity, professionalism, and desire to make a positive impact.
You'll be part of a growing team working on meaningful problems, where your day‑to‑day work directly contributes to improving how patients access healthcare through digitally enabled pharmacies.
