Northampton (Hybrid: WFH + office once a week)
£30,000 – £35,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive:
1. PPC Mastery: Plan, manage, and optimise high-performance Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns.
2. SEO Leadership: Implement best-practice SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to drive organic growth.
3. Performance Analysis: Dive into data, measure results, and turn insights into action.
4. Budget Management: Own campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
5. Reporting: Translate metrics into meaningful updates and recommendations for clients.
6. (Bonus) Social Media Savvy: Experience in social or CRO? That’s a big plus!
Skills & Experience:
1. 3+ years’ hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
2. Proven success implementing SEO strategies that follow Google best practices.
3. Strong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
4. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
5. Bonus points for social media or CRO experience.
