Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and supervising facilities team members to deliver an efficient, high‑quality service across the campMotivating, mentoring and coaching staff to achieve and exceed performance standardsCreating a positive, collaborative working environment through clear communication and visible leadershipOverseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and timely completionManaging accommodation and camp allocations using the Bookings Management SystemEnsuring Health & Safety standards are upheld across all camp facilitiesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring effective use and control of equipment and resourcesWhat You'll BringEssential KnowledgeStrong working knowledge of Health & Safety regulationsUnderstanding of COSHH requirementsEssential Skills & QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory or team‑leading roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy, operational environmentConfident using IT systems and digital toolsExcellent attention to detail with accurate record‑keeping skillsAbility to plan workloads effectively and manage multiple prioritiesGood standard of English and MathsFull UK Driving License (essential due to the remote camp location and travel requirements)Desirable ExperienceExperience using a Bookings Management System or similar softwareExperience using CAFM systemsExperience in work order management, including allocationsHealth & Safety qualification such as IOSH Managing SafelyWho We're Looking ForYou'll be a proactive, approachable leader who leads by example and is comfortable working within a camp setting.
