Being a Post Office Specialist with Your Co-op is more than processing forms and applications. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, taking the time to truly understand our customers needs and requirements.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Post Office Specialist would include:
• Complying with legal requirements and obligations to minimise risk and inspire confidence
• Understanding the products we sell and offering guidance to customers, sharing any promotions
• Dealing with customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
• Completing regular compliance checks in line with society policies and procedures

Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
• Confident and approachable nature
• Cash handling experience
• Strong IT skills
• Previous experience in retail/sales preferred but not essential
