Real Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager to work for one of the UKs leading utility companies. The role is a permanent position direct with the employer. The salary for the role is between 45,000 - 50,000. You must have proven "management of managers" and experience in leading call centre teams. You will be working in the Solihull / Birmingham airport area of Birmingham.
