Customers are at the heart of all we do at Busseys, so if you are a people person who loves interacting with customers both over the phone and face-to-face, you have a friendly, positive approach and want to be part of a motivated, fun-loving team then look no further!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our busy reception team, meeting and greeting all customers entering the showroom, along with covering the main switchboard. This exciting role is based at our main Whiffler Road FordStore in Norwich. This is a full time position, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday as well as 1 in 2 Saturdays.
Your main responsibility will be to provide a courteous and efficient service to all our customers both on the phone and in person.
The Key Elements Of The Role Are
* Evaluating customer needs and managing the direction of customers within the showroom environment, providing courteous and friendly customer service at all times.
* Operating the group’s switchboard efficiently, directing calls in a prompt and timely fashion.
* Providing effective administrative assistance when required.
Skills Required
* Excellent customer service – our customers come first in all that we do!
* Excellent phone manner, IT, keyboard and communication skills – we want our customers to hear you smiling at the other end of the phone!
* Administration experience – we use Keyloop (CRM system) and all the usual Microsoft products.
* Organised, motivated, enthusiastic and fun-loving - to fit in well with the rest of the team!
* Receptionist experience – great but not essential as we are more than happy to provide full training for the right person.

Busseys have proudly been a Main Ford Dealer since 1923, over the years we have developed and expanded by acquiring 7 sites across Norfolk. In 2010 we obtained our first Peugeot franchise with a second following in 2016. It is safe to say that we have seen a lot of change!
