We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team at our busy Mercia Marina branch in Willington. This is an exciting combined role offering variety and genuine career development.
Duties
* Conducting market appraisals and advising clients on property values.
* Producing quality property particulars with use of virtual tour and floorplan equipment
* Carrying out accompanied viewings with prospective buyers.
* Managing and progressing sales negotiations in line with company procedures.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering first-class service.
* Supporting office-based operations and contributing to branch success.
What We're Looking For
* A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
* Flexibility to work as part of the weekend rota (not every weekend).
* Previous estate agency experience is essential. Ideally this would include having previously conducted market appraisals however full training will also be given

Pay: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
