You will be responsible for the management of patient referrals and appointments utilising phone and email communication whilst creating an efficient and compassionate environment for our patients. Main duties of the job
* Act as primary point of contact for MSK patients and visitors attending the department
* Take responsibility for digital referral management and patient bookings.
* Variety of specific admin tasks including management of phone lines and email, with patient focus at the forefront of our role.
* Liaising with other departments and services to support and assist patients as needed, such as interpreting services.
* Collecting data and statistics to assist management in guiding the service direction.
* Working flexibly in response to the needs of the patients, service and physiotherapists.
* Supporting colleagues to deliver a high quality, effective and compassionate service both virtually and in person.
