Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Scotland : Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen, Orkney
Salary up to GBP36,000
You will receive 23 days of annual leave plus an additional day for your birthday. There is also flexibility around bank holidays, giving you the option to work them and take the time off elsewhere, bringing your total annual leave up to 32 days.
If you are currently single:qualified as either a surveyor or an analyst, the company is happy to provide immediate cross:training in the other discipline. Following successful completion of your six:month probation, you will then be supported through the relevant qualifications to become fully dual:qualified.

You will be joining an established consultancy with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Scotland. The focus is on delivering consistent, high:quality work across a range of sites, with support in place to help you develop further qualifications if needed.
The Role
You will be carrying out a mix of asbestos surveying and analytical duties across commercial environments. This includes management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, alongside air monitoring, four:stage clearances and general analytical responsibilities depending on your experience.
There is flexibility for candidates who are currently single:qualified, with structured support to gain additional certifications and become fully dual:trained.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake asbestos surveys across commercial properties
Carry out air monitoring and four:stage clearances where qualified
Produce clear, accurate reports in line with current regulations
Work across a range of live commercial environments
Maintain strong working relationships with clients on site
Ensure all work is compliant with HSE guidance and best practice
About You
BOHS P402, P403 and/or P404 qualifications
Experience working within commercial environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication skills and a professional approach on site
Full UK driving licence
