Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (8 hours, 9am-6pm on Saturday)

Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and learn about our products to assist effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor organization.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Follow all FatFace policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience
* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

* Initiative and independence when needed.
* Team-oriented with good time management.
