An excellent opportunity for a driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join a busy, successful office within a highly regarded independent agency.
You will be working as part of an experienced and supportive team, dealing with a strong pipeline of stock and active applicants. The role will involve registering buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and supporting the sales process through to completion.
This is a fast-paced environment where customer service and attention to detail are key. You will be expected to build strong relationships, generate new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
The business has a strong reputation locally, a loyal client base and offers a stable, professional environment with genuine long-term prospects.
Package on offer includes a competitive basic salary with realistic on target earnings of up to £30,000.
