The family are relocating to their newly built residence in early September 2025 and are seeking an individual with excellent initiative who can confidently run the home day to day and provide light family-style cooking. This household also supports businesses from home and has a high level of foot traffic, so a calm and capable presence is key. The property spans three floors, includes seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a swimming pool, gym, home office, and expansive open-plan living areas. The ideal candidate will be personable, friendly, and genuinely enjoy engaging with the family while still being able to manage tasks independently. The family are happy to consider both live-out and live-in applicants — a private apartment is available within the residence if required.
