Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Manager to oversee our installations across Scotland. This role involves managing a team of fitters, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate window and door installations across residential and commercial projects.
* Lead and support a team of installers, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
* Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Deal with any remedials as required on site.
* Order parts, ancillaries, and materials from suppliers to support installations.
* Maintain accurate records of installations and report on project progress.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years\' experience in window and door installation management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficiency in project management, scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving license.
