We’re recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor based at our Basingstoke office, covering the North Hampshire area. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours per week. Your time will be split between office work and site visits with your trade team, with the flexibility of hybrid home working.

Role overview:
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will manage a team of multi-disciplined trades staff, ensuring delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective repairs and maintenance service. You will oversee work standards through regular inspections, conduct 1-1s and reviews, manage absence and performance issues, and recruit to maintain a skilled, flexible, and high-performing team.
You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring quality assurance, handling complaints efficiently, and implementing improvements to reduce future issues. You will also be responsible for managing costs and ensuring works are completed to high standards and within SLAs.
A strong technical background in property maintenance and repairs is essential, with supervisory or senior experience advantageous. Knowledge of property construction, diagnostics, and problem-solving skills are required. You should be a confident communicator, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.
To succeed, you should be target-driven, organized, IT-savvy, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in social housing would be beneficial.
