Graphic Design & Bid Coordinator
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £45,000
Industry: Design & Build / Construction
5 days a week onsite.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Design and Bid Coordinator to join a leading design and build contractor in London. This role offers the chance to work within a creative, fast paced environment where attention to detail, collaboration, and high quality output are key.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering high quality, engaging written and design submissions for tenders and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the full bid process from initial opportunity through to submission and post-bid feedback
* Create and design various materials for print and digital
* Designing, writing, editing and proofreading engaging and persuasive bid content
* Working closely with Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to gather project information
* Developing and maintaining a central library of case studies and standard responses
* Ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant and visually on-brand
* Researching client requirements
* Manage and coordinate graphic design project
* Supporting the creation of marketing and client-facing materials when required
* Meeting tight deadlines and maintaining consistent quality across all submissions
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
* Experience in a bid coordination, or graphic design role, ideally within the construction or design and build sector.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids at once.
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience with bid and procurement platforms such as Contracts Advance or Find a Tender.
* Creative and visually minded, with an understanding of effective document design.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and collaborative.
* Degree-level education in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
