The Social & Paid Media Manager role sits at the heart of this growth, owning organic and paid social performance across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with creatives and strategists, with clear progression into senior and leadership roles as the agency continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Own organic social media strategy and content across multiple client accounts
* Plan and manage content calendars aligned to brand objectives and launches
* Write engaging captions and creative hooks for organic and paid content
* Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to drive performance
* Analyse results and report insights clearly to stakeholders
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience across social media and paid social
* Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook platforms
* Ability to manage accounts with clear ownership of results
* Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-facing environment
