Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve processes.
Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking for better decision-making.
Manage borrower requests that impact credit risk to protect the bank’s position.
Enhance customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements.
Who You Are
You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated by building meaningful relationships with clients and your team. A background in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition are most important.
