We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sports Coach / Martial Arts Instructor to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
As an Instructor, you will lead kickboxing classes for children and adults. Your role will include assisting with warm-ups, basic techniques, pad work, and helping to manage class flow and safety. You'll be a key part of the team, providing motivation, encouragement, and energy while learning the foundations of running your own martial arts classes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist or/and lead kickboxing sessions
* Support students of all ages and skill levels
* Set up and pack away equipment before and after classes
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
* Act as a positive role model for students
* Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Essential Requirements:
* Reliability – We need someone who is punctual, consistent, and dependable
* Enhanced DBS Certificate – Must be current and valid (or willing to obtain)
* Own transport – You must have own transport and be able to travel to various class locations across Southampton and surrounding areas
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends (ideally available to work two or more weekday evenings between 5pm and 7pm)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for martial arts, sports coaching, or working with children and young people
