Transport / Fleet Manager
Elite Mobile/ Galaxy Connect, the largest SIM Card distributor in the UK and the fastest Vape brand in the convenience sector is looking for aTransport / Fleet Managerto take charge of our200-vehicle fleetand help us drive greater efficiency across our operations.
The Role
Reporting directly to the FulfilmentDirector, youll be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of our van fleet. Your focus will be on maximising performance, reducing operational costs, and ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, and efficiently utilised.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of fleet operations, including:
* Insurance and compliance documentation
* Service scheduling and maintenance
* Repairs and replacements
* Recovery membership management
* Fuel usage monitoring and cost control
* Fleet procurement and replacement planning
* Invoicing and budget tracking
2. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
3. Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales and Operations to support business goals.
