Warehouse & Event Production Assistant Location: Bedfordshire Salary: Depending on attitude and experience Hours: Full-time, with overtime when required (paid at 1.25x) Holiday: 20 days bank holidays Pension: Yes The Role As our Warehouse & Event Production Assistant, you'll play a key part in the end-to-end process of delivering events - from preparing equipment to supporting our production teams on-site. You'll be hands-on, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves when things get busy. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and load equipment for events to BC Prep Standards Unload, de-prep, and check equipment on return from events Use our software (Current RMS) to track stock in and out Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently PAT test and inspect equipment (training provided) Receive deliveries and check their contents and condition Act as a responsible keyholder - opening and closing the premises Assist with deliveries and collections as needed About You You're practical, proactive, and ready to be part of a team that lives for the buzz of live events. What we're looking for: Common sense and the ability to make logical decisions under pressure A team player who can also work independently and follow instructions Previous experience with Current RMS or similar software (bonus, not essential) Calm under pressure - the show must go on! Over 25 with a full, clean driving licence (for insurance purposes) An interest or background in events, AV, or production would be a huge plus Why Join Us? We're not your typical 9-5.
