Senior Site Projects Delivery Engineer - Zero-Carbon Heat Systems
Location: Fareham HQ with UK-wide site travel
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are supporting an innovative clean technology company developing zero-carbon heat storage systems in their search for a Senior Site Projects Delivery Engineer. This is a customer-facing role where you will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects from design handover through to on-site installation and commissioning.
The Role:
As Senior Site Projects Delivery Engineer, you will:
Manage installation and commissioning activities for projects across the UK.
Serve as the main link between the HQ engineering team, customers, and on-site contractors.
Coordinate activities across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
Oversee and direct two direct reports:
A CAD Designer producing site integration plans.
A Site Commissioning & Installation Engineer managing front-line site coordination.
Produce essential site documentation including method statements and lifting plans.
Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and programme objectives are met.
Spend extended periods on site during delivery phases (typically 4-6 weeks at a time).
What We're Looking For:
Broad technical background across mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
Proven experience managing live construction or installation sites.
Strong subcontractor management skills.
Ability to convert engineering drawings into practical site execution plans.
Experience with complex plant or HVAC installations preferred.
Comfortable managing projects in challenging locations (e.g., London).
