The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.Main Responsibilities:Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precisionProgram and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accuratelyConsistently produce high-quality components to exact specificationsUse CAD software (experience preferred but not essential)Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflowContinuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and qualityPersonal Attributes:Strong communicator
