Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience in recruitment
* Experience in Industrial recruitment would be an advantage, but is not essential
* A track record of working towards targets and building client relationships
* Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same
And what will you be doing?
* Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
* Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
* Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner
* Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
* Source candidates through job boards and referrals
* Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
* Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
