Head of Care and Support With UK Visa Sponsorship
Invercare is looking for a caring and energetic Head of Care and Support to run our care services and ensure all areas of operation meet the highest levels of assistance. The role is primarily based in Dundee/Perth.
About the Job
You will be in charge of the strategic and operational leadership of our care services. Responsibilities include leading care teams, ensuring that all rules and regulations are followed, encouraging ongoing improvement, and leading projects that enhance service users’ lives and independence.
Main Duties
Provide excellent leadership and guidance to care and support staff across all Invercare service areas.
Ensure care delivery is consistent with Invercare’s beliefs and legal requirements.
Check on the quality of services through audits and quality assurance processes.
Oversee training, development, and performance of staff.
Collaborate with families, partners, and external groups.
Support organisational growth and lead improvements in service.
Skills & Experience
Degree in health and social care or a related field.
Level 4 SVQ in Health and Social Care.
Qualification in Leadership and Management.
Experience managing senior care teams is required.
Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices for providing care.
Salary & Benefits
