As the most senior HR role in the business, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Principal/CEO. While experience in a similar role within the education sector is desirable, it is not essential.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, lead, and implement a comprehensive and innovative HR Strategy and Delivery Intent Plan. This plan will support the College in achieving its Vision, KPIs, and Values.
