We’re looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to lead and modernise the procurement function at a leading London-based HE industry. In this strategic role, you’ll manage a small team and work closely with stakeholders across the institution to deliver value, ensure compliance with public procurement regulations, and support academic and operational priorities.
What You’ll Need
Proven leadership in procurement, ideally in higher education or the public sector
Strong stakeholder engagement and team management skills
Knowledge of UK procurement regulations (PCR 2015)
MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience
Knowledge of PA23 (Procurement Act 2023)
