A Financial Accountant is being recruited for a group based in the Christchurch area. You'll play a key role in a busy reporting function, getting hands on with everything from statutory accounts to tax, reconciliations, investment related accounting, and financial projects. What you'll be doing Group reporting support - preparing working papers and contributing to IFRS-aligned Group accounts Statutory accounts prep - supporting UK GAAP reporting across multiple entities Trust & fund accounting - assisting with Trust accounts and related reconciliations Balance sheet ownership - preparing and reviewing reconciliations Tax exposure - assisting with corporate and personal tax computations Intercompany work - ensuring accuracy across a multi-entity structure Management accounting support - helping deliver financial insight and reporting Plus: involvement in financial projects, reporting drafts, and ad-hoc analysis What you'll bring Strong grounding in accounting principles Solid Excel and reconciliation skills Sharp attention to detail and organisation Ideally ACCA/ACA/CIMA/AAT part-qualified, or experience with statutory accounts, UK GAAP/IFRS, group structures, or tax What's in it for you Study support for ACCA/ACA/CIMA 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme On-site parking Broad exposure across a diverse group Hands-on experience in statutory reporting, IFRS, and multi-entity accounting Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment Agency
