We’re growing – and we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning and facilities contracts.
The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of cleaning and soft FM contracts (daily cleaning, washrooms, external cleans, etc.)
* Leading site audits, client check-ins, and service reviews to ensure client satisfaction
* Supporting and developing cleaning supervisors and operatives
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company standards
* Managing rotas, cover, and recruitment alongside the operations team
* Monitoring quality of work and implementing improvements where needed
* Managing budgets, supplies, and labour hours to meet contract KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Area Manager role within cleaning/facilities services
* Strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations, scheduling, and client liaison
* A hands-on, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
